I have always been fascinated by the holistic approach to healing—mind, body and emotions. Being someone in the healthcare field, self-improvement is one of my continual goals.

Massage, cupping & personal training are forms of therapy that I offer, which are very beneficial for rehabilitation and pain management.

My background in holistic nutrition helps me understand the connection between intake and output.

I work with Bluecross clients but do not do direct billing.
