Working with a personal / rehab trainer is an active approach to living with less pain and an investment in your long-term health and well being. I will help you identify your rehabilitative requirements, create a customized exercise plan, and keep you accountable for your progress.

Exercise rehabilitation services include: injury rehabilitation, arthritis, pre and post surgery rehabilitation, seniors fitness, osteoporosis prevention, chronic pain and more.

My many sports injuries, countless therapies and practicing yoga has taught me how to release pain and how to heal traumas. Assessment courses, Mobility courses and FRC has given me the tools to help my clients improve range of motion and create strength in ranges that were previously painful or limited.

Stretch & Release

Relaxing hour of being stretched from head to toe. May include cupping, gua sha tool, and PNF stretching

$110 / 1 hour
